Not exactly FREE - just avoiding DELIBERATELY eating it. Made a HUGE difference in my digestion right away, also allowed me to lose a bunch of weight right away. I'm not monitoring things like breading, wheat in soups and sauces, etc. I know it would be better if I was.

Welcome to add me! I've "lost all the weight" three times in WW (years ago) and became "Lifetime Member" (no initiation fee, no dues) but gained it all back. Very spotty success with MFP too in all candor, but that's me not MFP :) Currently on track and doing well.

I would tell him to go **** himself if I were you :) Do you need more friends on here? Ones that WON'T tell you that you're "too fat"? That's what I would be willing to do - that and provide feedback.

I hear ya and I know it can be done. I've struggled back and forth and back and forth, and finally over the last week or so I am again making some progress. This system works, just as EVERY system works, if we just work it. What's different about MFP is the supportive community - if I take advantage of it, then it helps…

I'll be your friend. I can certainly use some motivation as well!

Scarlett, I will friend you - I too have over 100 pounds to lose.. I've been at this a while, but I'm on again off again. Let's lose it together!
-
I'm kinda in the same boat - I've been back and forth on this MFP and on MFD before and am (long in the past) a three time lifetime member of WW as well. Here I am today, second day back at it and about 100 lbs to lose. Can't believe it.

I have actually put on my tracking log "Snacks After 9:00 P.M. because that is almost ALWAYS when I get out of control. I have been completely out of control until the last two days, and last night was the FIRST time in a long time that I have contained myself on eating after 9:00 pm. When it works for me, it works because…

I will be your friend!

Why would anyone ever weigh themselves with clothes on, unless in a doctor's office or at a WW meeting?!?!?!?!

So I saw this and jumped right on it - I've wondered this all along, and there seems to be a diversity of opinion. Also there seems to be a lot of difference in what some of the excercise calorie counts are. I just ordered a "FitBit" today - we'll see if that keeps me more accurate!
-
I'll be your friend. I have a brother in Denver who is on again/off again on MFP as well.
-
I've been on MFP for almost 300 days but only recently got really serious. Joined OA and am monitoring/measuring my food and exercise along the same lines as I measure and monitor my sobriety (been clean and sober for almost 31 years). Add me if you would like.

Yes! I thought it was gone with a regimen of probiotics, metamucil, activia yogurt, etc. but its BAAACKKKK today big time!
-
Feel free to add me as well.

I'll be your friend. I find it really helps me to have a lot of feedback, and sometimes I even give it :)
-
OK you get a 10. Just for hyperbole sake what with the eleventymillion :)
-
I'm from Des Moines, Iowa in the US but have a number of friends from the London area on MFP!
-
Feel free to add me - I get a lot from having MFP friends and their feedback and like to reciprocate!

More. Of anything :)
-
Yes! I've still got more than 70 to go!
-
Very close to the same numbers to lose. And welcome.

First of all, let me say that I know that because I am a male I have little or nothing to say about this that really matters :) Today on our local talk radio station, there were a couple of right wingnuts ranting about "Lactivists" apparently around this same issue. If I had any negative opinion about public breast feeding…

We've had a cat for two years - my first, but my wife has had cats before. I was totally against getting a cat because: a) All cats will tear up your furniture if you don't have them declawed (and she didn't want to do that) b) All cats will pee on your stuff and ruin it no matter what you do. She won (of course), we got…

I don't drink - I'm allergic; I break out in car crashes, bankruptcies, and divorces :)

And really who's opinion counts for anything? Your OWN!
