Maybe you've lost inches. I would also try to incorporate done sort of strength training into your routine. I've had binge days and somehow I manage to lose weight easier afterwards. Lol!! ETA: not the end if the world. Just enjoy it and start again Monday :flowerforyou:

I'm losing weight by eating 1,600 calories and I managed to get a flat stomach. I work out like 2X a week only. You're going to have a tougher time with only 900 calories cause your body won't be willing to burn fat that it needs to survive.

I started as a size 8..currently a 6. Those are the only sizes I got in my closet.
