I track my walking workouts on a wall calender instead as I find it easier to see my progress in that format. Plus I only mark down the walks that were specifically for a workout. I can keep a visual of my kms and times that way.

I started using it in November and am down a total of 8 pounds. I find it helps me to make healthier choices on my days off. From not drinking pop during the 3 days I can now go 5 days without wanting a pop. The weight does fluctuate from the days but I go by the starting weight to what I weigh now and find it works. I…
