Hey, I went for a walk last weekend on some hilly trails in the woods and I was wearing a heart rate monitor which counts the number of calories burned. I'm not sure if anyone answered you yet, but it's the Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred DVD. And it does kick your butt, but its great! I did another one of her DVDs two two days ago and I am sore all over.
