I'm having the same problem. When I run all my pants fall off, even the tight running pants.

I quit coffee due to acid reflux (I may miss it the rest of my life,). Nowadays I have black tea or a no calorie energy drink.

I wouldn't say I'm embarrassed, but I wish I realized years ago what a difference NEAT could make in my weight loss.

Awe. I really do sometimes when I have a tight undershirt. But I am large breasted and it's embarrassing to go braless unless I wear many layers.

I actually haven't weighed or logged today. However I didn't eat that much and haven't had dessert. Unfortunately I may have consumed my weight in wine. I definitely exceeded my usual calorie goal.

How could someone burn 60% more calories hiking with poles? I love hiking and it can be really difficult, but there's no way using poles could add a 60% increase in calorie burn.

I used to take a muy thai class that was mostly men. Although I did feel subconscious in the beginning, the work was so hard that I quickly forgot about the lack of females. The class provided an awesome workout, calorie burn, and greatly improved my self-esteem. I highly recommend any form of boxing or kickboxing.

Eating early in the day usually just sets me up for being famished all day long. I don't always practice IF, but when i skip the early meal, I can adhere to my calorie restriction easier.

I've lost 18 of the 65 pounds I plan to lose. My family comments on my loss a lot. But it seems that I've lost most of the weight from my belly, so it's pretty noticable.

I quit once, temporarily, with Chantix. But I was so miserable on the pills. I was more angry than I've ever been and very nauseous. Years later I quit on my own.

Same things I do the rest of the year - running, walking, hiking, yoga, weights, etc. I live in Denver and love being outside during the entire year.

For the past few days I've finished W3 D3 of C25k and I walked at the zoo for many hours.

I love tea and probably have 15 varieties in my kitchen. But my favorite is Tetley British blend black with a generous amount of whole milk and 1 tsp sugar.

I'd like to join this thread as well. Today was Wk 2, Day 2 of c25k. I exercised while pushing my grandbaby in a stroller. Her blanket fell out of the stroller 4x, once in a puddle of water. We ran over her barbie twice and the baby whined due to boredom during the last lap. But I completed all of my runs and feel happy!

I do eat Halo Top often, but the one food I always make room for is milk.

My adult daughter is the same way. She thinks it's crazy to count calories. Her plan is to drink the ACV and take a supplement. Although I told her that there is no evidence that ACV helps with weight loss, she believes that because a celebrity says it worked for him, then it must be good enough for her. SMDH!
