I totally agree with you. I think everyone has to decide what works best for them. For me, I feel better ( less ravenous, more of that solid 5 on a scale of 1-10 1 being starving, 10 being so full). I eat carbs, but healthy ones- sweet potatoes, brown rice, fruit etc.

Flavored vodka and club soda. My favorites- grape vodka or birthday cake flavored... the birthday cake mixed with club soda tastes like a creamsicle. And you only get the calories from the vodka :)

I like to make a protein pancake- 2 egg whites 1/3 cup wheat bran cereal 1/3 cup rolled oats 3/4 scoop protein powder a few tbsp of almond milk/soy milk/milk to bind everything together cinnamin Mix up and cook like a pancake. I top mine with natural peanut butter and banana. YUM!

I dump a can of no salt added diced tomatoes with basil and garlic, a can of artichoke hearts and a tsp of capers per filet (I use about 3 filets at a time) and bake!!! It's so good! You can also put a little goat cheese or feta on top at the end if you want for a few minutes.

I agree! Add sodium to your diary so we can see what you are consuming. Sodium is the devil! Drink LOTS of water- at least 8 glasses or so and I find that lemongrass tea helps with water retention. Also potassium does- so eat a banana!
