I have a version of pumpkin pancakes that I love! 1/2 cup canned pumpkin 3 egg whites 1/2 cup of dried oats cinnamon or pumpkin pie spice to taste 1 tsp sweetener 1 tbsp baking powder Mix in a blender and fry up like a pancake!

I just bought the Killer Buns and 6 weeks to 6 Pack. I do a ton of cardio at the gym (at least 6 classes per week) and workout with a personal trainer to do weights 2 times per week but I would like to add these videos to my repetoire because I've heard such great things about them. I agree- I don't think turkey bacon (lots of sodium) is the way to go with a yogurt. You need a good combo of carbs/proteins/fats. What about greek yogurt with a cup of high fiber cereal and some fruit? Or a few eggs or egg white with some whole wheat/high fiber bread?

It's my first Meatless Monday! Yay!!! Omelette for breakfast, lentil chili for lunch, greek yogurt, peanut butter and banana for snack, tofu and quinoa salad for dinner :)
