What if you find it difficult to hit goal? Is that ok?

I'm right there with you. I lost about 50 a few years ago, hit a plateau and quit. Here I am +60. I'd like to lose atleast 70.

Up at 5am and out the door by 5:30 to get to the gym and start by 5:45 at the latest.. I love working out in the morning.
