so today was day10level 1 - all finished with level 1!!! Eeeeek scared for level 2!!! hope i can manage it! xx

day 8 level 1 finished!!!! wish i had taken measurements now before id started. but i did take a bikini pic and i will take one after the 30 days to see how i compare. Keep it up ladies ur all doing fab!! xx

L1 DAY 7 DONE. i also went to the gym today and did 50 mins of cardio...think my baby belly may finally be going!!!!!! wooo hooo!! my baby is 4mths old so wish it would hurry up already lol x

im on level1 day 4 - just done it now and im still doing the easy version on the pushups..cant see that i will ever be able to do the advanced ones, ive always been rubbish at push-ups!!! im also using 5lb weights and think the workout is definately gettin easier with each day xx

level 1 day 4 today....worried that im not aching at all...im doing the whole workout and not feeling any aches the next morning, are we all the same??? going to stick to it but think im going to go to the gym a few times a week as well as shredding x

oooh can i join you... im on day 3 today of level 1. Loving it! Hoping to get rid of this baby belly once and for all, my baby is 4 months old now so no more excuses!!! x

im on day 3 today and im doing it everyday... so far i find it ok so ive increased my weights to 2kg ones...im planning on doing 10 days level 1, next 10 days level 2 and the last 10 days level 3 xx
