Try a different protein powder and see what happens. You can get protein powders made w/ egg-white protein or milk protein instead of whey. If you are getting bloated and gassy its probably a food intolerance (not a food allergy, but related).

you are just retaining water, it happens after you work out. just keep going, it takes time to actually lose weight and the weight "gain" is just temporary.

My cat likes to run underneath when i do planks or leg-lifts ... he has NO IDEA how close he is to being smushed. It's all great fun until a sweaty 150 pound woman smothers you.
