I personally think it's gives you a pretty accurate TDEE because on the days I'm less active (basically sitting all day) vs. the days I'm semi active (shopping, running errands, etc.) vs. active (gym workout), it gives a very good gauge on how my body did that day. I think it depends on the cause of sleep apnea. With some people I think it's hereditary. I completely hear ya! In fact, it's that TOM for me right now and I only managed to lose .5 pounds for the week. I just have to keep reminding myself to keep eating right and exercising and the scale will reflect me efforts the following week. If you must eat your sweet or salty item, but don't overindulge. I've been using it for about 3-4 weeks now and I love it! It does help with me knowing how many calories I've burned that day and how many steps I've taken as well. I plan to keep using it even after I reach my goal weight just to make sure I stay on top of things.
