I have lost 60 pounds too but I took nine months to do it. I STRONGLY advise against losing that much so quickly by such a serious calorie restriction. I am no expert, but from what I understand, the body adapts the the calorie restriction and you will NEVER be able to go back to what you consider a "normal" intake.…
