Thanks a million! I think I might do some more reading and certainly look at changing things around a bit. I love body pump for the music and energy, but maybe it's time to update the ipod and do my own thing in the scary part of the gym ;)

If you're a member of a gym and they have classes then you should try the spin/RPM class. I'm totally addicted to them! Classes can run from 30-60 mins and you'll get a really good mix of hill climbs, sprints and resistance style training. High energy class so you're not bored at all. If I can get more calories on the weekends and make up for it on a week day then I reckon I'd be sorted!!! Weekends are my killer :)

I'd be getting the smallest steak! I tend to then top heaps of black pepper on my chips so I don't get tempted to pick at them :)

From what I understand you still maintain a calorie deficit but it's spread out over the week, so some days you'd eat more than others and vice versa..... I found a site that suggests you burn between 250-600 depending on effort (for a 1 hour class). I've never been too sure either though, might need to invest in a heart rate monitor!

I have a sweet tooth too! Not sure that'll ever change. I do however keep a toothbrush and toothpaste in my desk draw and when I feel like snacking I quickly go clean my teeth. Chocolate never tastes as good afterwards! By the time the minty taste has subsided enough to taste chocolate the urge has generally gone.

I used to get these headaches too. I did some research and found out that it's either low blood sugar or when your heart rate increases too quickly. OMG I feel your pain! By Friday I'm starting to feel skinnier and healthier and then before you know it I'm laying on the sofa watching a movie with a piece of pizza in my hand! I wish there was a way of hanging out with the boyfriend on weekends WITHOUT eating the same amount of food as him.
