I used to be elliptical fan and hated treadmill. Now I do like treadmill with inclined too. I don't run.

I choose to go on a high calorie diet. I never succeeded on a low calorie diet. I've been working out so hard, fainted and starved myself and see no result. ^_^ exactly. I know many people in example #2. They acted as if they love foods so much and they don't exercise but they only eat mostly one meal a day.

I have just upped my calorie to about 2000 a day from 1200-1400, cut down cardio and lift 4 days a week for almost 4 weeks now. I gained almost 2 pounds at the end of week 2. By the end of week 3, I was back to my weight before the high cal. I guess eating more makes me feel better and more energy to exercise.

I was thin till my mid-thirty. I started to put on weight and even more after I had my daughter. She is now 3.5 yrs old.

I started on October 1st, now into my week 3. I am gaining a pound. Still feeling bloated but I like how I can eat and feeling full and more energy.
