I only do warmup on squats, 2x5 @45#, 1x3 @80# and 1x2 @90#. Currently @120 squat. I think I read it on Stronglifts website.

I found MFP while searching for MyPlate apps on my Android phone but MyPlate isn't free so I decided to install MFP instead. I like it right away. I stopped logging in to MyPlate.com since. Now that I join some awesome groups and having a bunch of awesome friends, I love MFP even more.

I ignore the surroundings and walk straight to the available equipment I need for the day, mostly squat rack. Tho, I was nervous the first time but now, I am okay. I am the only girl there doing free weight most of the time. They don't make me feel uncomfortable or anything. I'm there for my own good

I 5'3" tall, 162-164 lb but I see myself as big as I am 185+ :(. I don't like my pictures, especially taking with my friends that mostly weigh less than 135#. My pictures motivate me to work harder.

I don't like cold weather but I managed to go to the gym on Sunday and Monday, both days were single digit with below zero windchill. Planning to go again tonight after work since it is my lift day. :smile:

I lifted, free weight, 7 weeks now. Squat - 110 Deadlifts - 120 Barbell Row - 85 Bench Press - 75 OP - 50 (so hard for me, seem to can't pass this)
