I love doing squat too. I hope as I progressed heavier and that my knees can still handle. I have bad knees but so far so good. I squat 105#.

I started the reset of about 12 weeks starting October 1. I officially have a 20% cut starting December 14. I gained 3-5 pounds, fluctuates. I started with 45 (empty bar) for all except deadlift where I started at 55. Now I am on week 5 squat 105# -- deloaded to 85 to work on forms bench 70# row 80# deadlift 115# OHP 50# -- I am suck with OHP only progressed 5#:sad: ). I love lifting!:heart:

We eat rice everyday. If not lunch and dinner, at least for dinner. Rice filled me up longer and I don't feel satisfy w/o it. We would eat steamed white rice combination with our dish of protein and vegetables. Our soup also includes meat and vegetables. Portion control what matter. Can't live without white rice.

Thanks for the post! :flowerforyou: This helps me stay motivated. I gained almost 5 pounds since I start lifting heavy. I do see some result in pictures but not measurements as I am suck with it anyways.

I weigh almost everyday in the early morning but I only record Saturdays. I measure and taking picture every 2 weeks to see my lifting result. My scale has problem going down since I up calorie and lift heavy.
