Don't starve your body like that....It causes your metabolism to stop because it thinks you are literally starving...also, remember, muscle weighs more than fat! If you are working out, you may be replacing fat with muscle...Have you seen results in your measurments?

I also just joined, got 90 more lbs to go. I too need the encouragement! Went back to the gym last night, I hope to stay motivated enough to keep it up! I have a tendency to start off great and then give up quickly. Any tips????

If you get munchie, try drinking some water. Sometimes hunger is actually thirst in disguise! If you aren't satisfied after drinking it (wait 20 minutes) then try a little snack.
