Did cardio 2! Loving it! It gives me a good sweat but I'm not out of breath, I even have fun doing it. Also, I agreed to go do insanity pure cardio tomorrow on lunch break with a co worker. Hoping for my new endurance to kick in and be able to do the whole thing!

Did week 6 day 2 this morning. 10 min in a row is something, even if I did 20 min in a row last week, I still found it hard this morning...we'll see what 22 min in a row look like on Thursday! Also, I agreed to go do insanity pure cardio with a co worker tomorrow on lunch break...hoping that my new cardio endurance helps!

Yay! Today was workout 6! I noticed I have more stability and I still really like the super set of abs at the end! I had fever this afternoon had a headache, pills and a nap did help me, but my workout was also necessary ! :)

Congrats to you! I'm in week 6 now and so far so good! Not always easy, but loving it!

Thanks a lot! Started week 6 today! Workout 5 is really a pain for me and like workout 6 so much! The arms superset is kicking my butt in workout 5. Specially today after running outside for 20 min, that was rough!

Started week 6! Because the intervals were shorter, I noticed I was able to run faster, that's great! Also thinking of buying myself a gps watch that calculates the distance and the calorie burn. Bought myself some really short shorts, and we're them in public for the 1st time! I lost 30.5 lbs so far (only 15 to go) so…

Did workout 6 for the second time yesterday! I really like that workout, I think it's one of my favorite so far, specially the super set of abs at the end! Will do 2nd time of cardio 2 after breakfast, but I already took this weeks measurements and weight. Week 5 results: -3 lbs (thats the same amount as my total phase 1…

Yay!! Did week 5 day 3! Aka the 1st 20 min in a row! Pushed myself through it, kept the same jogging rhythm and was able to finish it, out of breath, but not dying!

Had to take yesterday as my rest day due to my schedule, but I still went running in the morning! So I just finished workout 5 for the second time and that circuit 3 is still an arm killer! But I saw some improvement in those push ups with side planks, I just love them!

Yesterday morning was week 5 day 2! Jogged those 8 mins all the way and was less out of breath then my 1st all time 5 min in a row! Saturday is THE day, aka week 5 day 3... You all know what it means!

Did cardio 2 for the 1st time! I liked it! I have to admit it was less exhausting than cardio 1 for me. The reason: started couch to 5K the same day I started JMBR so my cardio has improved a lot! Seeing endurance progress feels great! I still had a good sweat :)

It's 11 pm and I just finished workout 6 for the 1st time. Had to go to the vet for my lab and it took 2h, my whole evening! As for the workout, I liked it! I really like the last circuit with all that abs work!
-
Started week 5 this morning! I can now jog for 5 mins in a row without beeing out of breath! I even jogged accidentally an additional 30 sec after the last 5 min. I really like to see and feel the endurance improvement. On w4d2 I thought I would really have to repeat week 4, but it looks like the program really works :)…

Did workout 5 for the 1st time yesterday. It was overall doable ( even did the advance version of the scissor abs) but that circuit 3 is a arm killer!!! Tonight will see what workout 6 has in store!
-
Just did workout 5 for the 1st time! Circuit 3 is a arm killer, but the workout is doable in general! I was able to do the advance scissor abs version, and to take heavier weights from time to time. :)

Running outside feels so much better! Specially in summer!

Week 4 results: -1 lbs, - 2 inches. Phase 1 results: -3 lbs, -11.5 inches.

Phase 1 is over!! Just did cardio 1 for the last time! Cardio 2 will kick my butt for sure, but pushing myself will bring me great results, cardio 1 became too low impact. tomorrow is rest day and will post phase 1 results...and may be progress pictures...

Did week 4 day 3 this morning! Running for 3 mins not seems not long at all and my endurance really improved during the 5 mins periods. I can't wait to start this week 5... No idea what to think od that 20 min though...
-
Did workout 4 for the last time tonight! I loved that workout! After the whole day golfing with the office, I'm now ready for a shower and bed!

Did workout 3 for the last time today! I used to hate it...not anymore, seeing improvement helps a lot! I rocked those abs at the end!

Week 4 day 2 this morning! Decided to jog slower from the beginning to be less exhausted during the last 5 mins. Great decision because while running that last 5 min, the 1 st time I looked at my watch, there was less then 1 min left. Plus I accidentally jogged an additional 10 sec. Very glad with what I accomplished this…

Tonight was cardio 1! It has become easy if I compare to the 1st time I did it! I love to see the cardio endurance going up as well as getting stronger and toned! Plus, I'm in week 4 of c25k, so that sure helps with the cardio!

Well said! And congrats!

Just did workout 4: I was able to do Hallow man abs ( if that's how it's written) all the way! Plus I had more balance in that balance move at the beginning. Improving every day!

Run in the morning in my neighborhood (residential area). The earlier the better, specially on week days.
