Breakfast: ± 250 cals; Lunch: ± 400 cals; Snack: ±150 cals; Dinner: ± 400 cals. Thats 4 times a day, plus 1 coffee between breakfast and lunch.

Heard about it in a documentary about obesity. It was free and userfriendly, so I joined and still loving it. I went on spaekpeople to "take a look", their website appears not userfriendly at all.

I take one on a daily basis. I take one I can chew because I've always like the taste of those. I feel like eating a small candy and I'm sure it benefits my body, even if I have a very healthy diet! So go for it!

I was in Dominican Republic with my bf last week and it happened to me...(shame...haha) I'm really glad he told me as soon as he saw it! So I would obviously like being told and I would tell a person as well!

It depends on the time I go for a run. If it's in the early morning, heavy music is too much. The peaceful sounds of birds all around is just great. But other times or on the treadmill, I need a good beat!

Same situation here... add me! I had only 10 to 15 lbs more to loose, and I gained back 10. So now exactly 20 to 25 lbs to loose and I'm determined to do so!

Finished 2012 with it... Wasn't able to do a single "regular/men style" push-up before and now I can easily do 15 of them!!! This just works. The meal plan is great as well, and I highly recommend the 7 day kickstart diet, because it cuts the hunger and its delicious! I will myself do the 7 day kickstart diet next week…
