Same here! I'm 5'5" and I wanna keep my curves, my goal weight is 145! I'm currently close to 165 and my start weight was 190.

Same here! I also really like watching documentary, I prefer those over anything else on tv.

Week days: 2 slices of rye bread with low fat philadelphia, and a fruit juice. Weekend: Sandwich 2 slices of rye bread with low fat kraft singles cheese and 1 egg with some I can't beleive it's now butter spray on the egg to give a litle buttery flavour!

Yesterday I ate at Subway, thoought it would be less cals...had a 6 inch oven roasted chicken sub no cheese, oven baked lays chips and ice tea...687 cals. I could have eaten a regular medium size french fries with 6 chicken nuggets or a burger and a diet soda for less then that... Not so bad!

At home: 1 hazelnut non fat cream (25 cals) plus 1 splenda. Elsewhere: 1 milk, 1 splenda. Weekly treat: Starbucks skinny hazelnut latte plus 1 splenda.

In law school at University attengind a party. He was done law school doing superior studies so he becomes a civil notary, wich he did, and I was in 1st year of law school. I was 19, he was 22. I'm now done law school, taking the Quebec province bar and its gonna be 3 years in March!

I have 6 restaurant dinners for the holiday season in addition to Xmas eve dinner, Xmas dinner, and NYC for the New Year Eves. The smell...chimical bad! The taste ...nothing, texture 0%, Bought some, having a hard time finishing my order. The only good point is that I eat them instead of pasta. If you try them, make sure that you have a good pasta sauce to cover the texture.

I am, done law school, now taking the Quebec province bar...to stay motivated I try to plan many healty low calorie snacks so I can eat while studying. Plus I try to exercice at the same time everyday, this way it becomes my study break.
