1 plus I have a fruit juice in the morning, no sugar added. Like pure orange or grapefruit juice. I eat a lot more veggies then fruit.

Yes I'm still in school..Im done law school at University, actually taking the Quebec province Bar...its very intense! As for tips during the finals, I recommend to plan healty snacks so you can still eat while studying, plus try to exercise at the same time everyday, this way it's gonna be your study break.

I mix them with ither veggies in a bowl, put 1 teaspoon of oil and put that in the oven for 20 minutes, veggies that way taste the best!

Hi! I'm done Level 1 Day 10 today (moving to level 2 tomorrow). So far I lost 4 or 5 lbs and will take my mesurements tomorrow morning to see how many inches I lost in level 1. But I can already see a great difference!!!

I'm on Level 1, Day 8. I'm already seeing results, I defenetly look slimmer, plus I lost 4 lbs so far. Waiting to be done level 1 to take my mesurements again and see how much I lost so far and will take them also after level 2 and 3.

I'm on Day 6 (level 1). I can already see a difference in my strengh, and I think I'm losing some fat from my belly area and my thighs. I'm sure the program works if you complete it. For those who don't see results yet, maybe the last 10 days will make a huge difference.

I own the core rhythms collection, was doing this before a discovered Zumba classes. I also own 30 Day Shred by Jillian Micheals, I started on Sunday, I'm at L1D3 for those who are familiar with it.

Same here, I taka Zumba classes, but if you have the wii, you can do the Zumba at home. I also began Jillian Micheals 30 Day Shred yesterday and it sure burns some cals, plus it's toning me up!

All I can suggest is maybe do some strenght training for your upper body, muscles take less space in your body then fat so you would look thiner up there.
