It is NOT unprotected sex! HPV is a virus you can catch having sex, protected or not. Plus, it is not heriditary. Its the virus that causes precancerous cells on the cervical area which is the main cause of cervical cancer.

No idea for the belly fat but to avoid being bloated, peppermint tea, asparagus, and grapefruits are good food to help reduce it, plus water and exercice

I go to the gym 3 or 4 times a week, I do Zumba classes 2 or 3 times a week and the other day(s) I do the elliptical trainer weight loss program of 33 minutes

I have the angel hair miracle noodle at home... honestly you have to have them with a sauce (like pasta), other wise (for example like a stir fry) you just feel the texture way too much and its not a very plesent feeling...

French fries and pizza! I try not to limit myself and eat what I want in moderation and exercice more, but fries and pizza, I just can't afford them in terms of cals anymore...

WW calculates the points you can eat in a day, just like MFP calculates the cals you can eat in 1 day. Same a MFP, you can eat your exersice points. Honestly, I think its more realistic to count food with cals and watch the other numbers (fat, carbs, etc.) then transforming it into points. I was on WW with my mom younger…
