Woke up this morning at 5 to go run.... It was pouring rain outside! Had more sleep. Will run tomorrow morning and Saturday!!

Did workout 8 for the 1st time this morning. Did not like the warm up, but loved the workout. Circuit 3 is a killer but it will do my body some good!

Thanks a lot and good luck to you for the final3 weeks of the program! Did week 7 day 1 yesterday and it was hard but went all the way! Also, my bf started week1 day 1 today in order to run a 5 K race with me and my cousins in September!

Thanks a lot! So just did workout 7 for the 1st time! Circuit 1 is a killer with all those push ups and plank moves. I love circuit 4 though and this down dog push up move.

Such a nice weather to run outside in Montreal! Went at 11 am under the sun and light wind! Jogged that 25 min all the way! Had a side point when there were 4 min left but continued and took some large breath. Went further but kept the same pace all the way. I can start smelling that 5K distance!

Correction!! 0.5 lbs loss! Total weight loss so far 6.5 lbs

Week 6 results: no weight loss but a 3.25 inches loss. Total to far -6 lbs and - 18.75 inches!

Thanks a lot! Just about to do cardio 2 which is going to end week 6. Feeling bad about cheating in Thursday, had fried calamari and spinach dip at the restaurant to celebrate succeeding the bar, I might loose some inches this week, but unfortunately there will be no weight loss.

I started at 34D...lost 30.5 lbs (15 to go) and still a 34 D :) I am thankful for that!

Had to take yesterday as my rest day, went to the restaurant with my mom to celebrate succeeding the bar exam! Just did workout 6 for the last time...I'm gonna miss the abs superset! Cardio 2 tomorrow and will be ready to start week 7 on Sunday!

Went running under this feels like 86 Fahrenheit in Montreal. Jogged all the way through that 22 min in a row! Felt exhausted but so proud!

Yay! Workout 5 for the last time and finally saw improvement in the arms strength! I have to admit it was a tough workout for me! Also, did insanity pure cardio on my lunch break. I was very glad that I could do all the moves because I learned them from Jillian!
