Week 2 day 2 is done! I went at 7 am and it was already warm outside! The heat affects the run for sure, but still did it completely!

Hi everyone! Started week 2 yesterday! You can follow my journey under the topic " Virginie's progress ..." in this group. I've never been able to run and now I push myself and see that it's doable, I really like the program and enjoy running in the summer weather!

Congrats! I can totally see the changes! It's great to see that people succeed without following the meal plan..Im starting week 2 tomorrow and I'm not following it, eating 1200 cals per day, was afraid not to see good results.

So week 1 is over, started week 2 this morning...that additional 30 sec of jogging each rep was hard, but I push myself through it! Proud of myself!

2nd cardio 1 and it was easier!! I did it earlier so I had more energy. Tomorrow is rest day #1 but I'll still go for a run because I started c25k last week as well...now off to walk this lab of mine!

Did Cardio 1 for the 1st time yesterday....WTF that was hard!!!! But I did it all the way and even add weights sometimes! Yes I can! Back to workout 1 tonight!

Woke up at 5h30 am to do week 1 day 2 and was really motivated to run under the morning sun!

Loved workout 1! I'm used to her 30 DS DVD so I could already do some harder versions of the moves. Took measurements and before pictures in my bikini this morning, can't wait to see the results!

Week 1 day 1 went great! Went at 6 in the morning, was alone on the road with the birds, trees full of flowers and blue sky...loved it!

Ordered it last Friday, FedEx smart post tracking number is not working at all, but customer service indicates it was shipped on Monday..I live in Montreal, Canada, so I have no idea how long it can take anymore, it has been a week now.

Because its only 1 inch, I say go for it, although it sucks when you wanna wear high heels... its up to you...if you don't wanna give up heels, then you need to be comfortable with you looking taller then him and not give a damn about our judgemental society!
