  • I have gone through similar issues. My ob/gyn was concerned that I was not shedding the endometrial lining (which is what a period is) so I first has a D & C. To diagnose this I've had vaginal ultrasounds to measure the lining and a biopsy to make sure it didn't turn into cancer. See your doctor.
  • Watch out for the fees! It's $120 a year plus annual fees which could be in excess of $100

  • Today is the first day (again) that I start my exercise program. My point, start over after major flare ups have gone by. I'm off the crutches and have started walking briskly on the treadmill. I also garden to keep my hand and knees moving. Did you know you can get exercise points for yard work? :smile:

  • I have the same trouble with my hands. It's very frustrating as it difficult to do most daily tasks, even combing my hair or writing. Have your sought physical therapy? My therapist has me doing paraffin baths (you can find them at a reasonable price on Amazon). I dip my hand in 5 times, wrap it and wait about 15 mins. I…
