Yeah, I found it very hard the first time I tried to lose weight without any exercise, and while I lost some weight I was still kind of flabby, just smaller. But I totally hear you, when you have to go go go all the time, the last thing you want to do is go some more during the little down time you have, I've been there!…

I haven't read the other responses, but 1500-1600 cal. isn't too many at all - it's a totally reasonable goal! Assuming you didn't exercise at all, you'd still have a deficit of around 500 calories/day so in theory you'd still be losing about half a kg. each week... but in my experience, it's usually closer to 1 kg. or so…

Calcium, Iron, Vitamin C, Vitamin D3 and Vitamin B12. ETA: Oops, sorry, didn't realise you were talking about supplements for building muscle or losing weight, just ignore me. ;)

This is one of those games where you have to pick between two things that are both horrible, like, "Which way would you rather die: being eaten alive by pirahnas, or slowly wasting away from a horrifically painful disease?", right? So, hmmm. Prudish, controlling stalker vs. pedophile who tries to sexually assault me...…

I'm really glad you said that, excellent point! I wanted to say that I find that approach really helpful as well - I get so overwhelmed thinking about a whole week or month, but if I focus on just "today" it's way more manageable. Actually, even taking it hour by hour sometimes when I'm having a particularly hard time…

Checking back in to say that I just had some whole wheat penne (no sauce, just a bit of salt) for lunch. Only 50g, granted, and it's certainly not the *most* healthy food ever, but for me just eating lunch and having it be something relatively healthful is a step. So, achieved my goal for today. :)

For myself - I would like to eat at least a small amount of something healthy for lunch every day, no matter how bad my appetite is. I'm going to set a designated time to eat it, 5:00 PM, since lunch is in the early evening for me, and plan what to have an hour or two before, not at the last minute, because if I do the…

Clearly I am a terrible fan because I don't actually know what episode you're talking about, LOL! What season?
-
I don't want to see genitals or a butt that's not covered by underwear. Everything else is fine with me - I mean, I see bare chests and breasts and backs and stomachs and thighs, and butts with the same amount of coverage as underwear offers at the beach, and that doesn't bother me, so why would I be fussed about the same…

So, favourite episode? Or top three if you can't narrow it down to one.

Um, intelligent, dry/dark sense of humour, agnostic/atheist, politically progressive, well read, honest, generally uses good spelling and grammar (I know, I know)... nerdiness or an eccentric streak are a bonus, good conversationalist, introverted, spontaneous... Femme if a woman, not an uber-masculine frat boy stereotype…

Katherine Elizabeth is beautiful!

Astro Original Balkan Style! Soooooo delicious. The strawberry, raspberry, vanilla (my favourite) and peach are all great (I haven't tried blueberry or cappuccino, so not sure about those flavours). The individual cups are 175 g and 180 cals. I find they have about exactly the right amount of yogurt for me to feel…

One of my teachers was Richard Payne. Oh, the possibilities.

Oh wow, what an ordeal for the kiddos, they must be so strong! I'm so glad Kayla was able to enjoy being a kid finally and that Ulisha is healthy and that Conrad was found and brought home to you! And gosh, going to the hospital and bringing home such a tiny baby must have been such an experience! I'm so sad to…

Pretty pretty!

Oh, that's a really cool connection for them to have with one another! Did you adopt Kayla, Chiquitta, Ulishabelinda, and Nathaniel all at the same time, or over time? Tell me to mind my own business if I am prying, I'm just always interested in hearing about families' experiences with adoption, as it's something I think I…
-
Haha, that's really cute. Cool kid.
-
Wow, how cool that you've formed part of your family through adoption, I admire that. And love your choice of Alexander, fab. name!
-
Don't have kids yet, but will definitely use Eleanor Katherine for a girl and Anatole Linus for a boy when I do; I've had them chosen for ages. I looooove Ophelia for a girl, it's technically my second favourite, after Eleanor Katherine, but I can never use it  so my realistic second favourite for a girl is Lillian…

Better a little dozy than having a meltdown. Very small dose to take the edge off but minimise the drowsiness?

Klonopin, dude.

I KNOW, RIGHT?! WHAT THE ******* ****?! I AM SO OUTRAGED! ETA: Oops, sorry, didn't see your explanation.
-
This thread makes me so sad. :brokenheart: I won't deny that I can be a ***** at times, and that I've said things I shouldn't have and regret, so I don't mean to sound all self-righteous, but I honestly can't imagine making fun of someone's weight. I understand when it's elementary school kids and such; it sucks, but lots…

Jasper is awesome! WTG on picking a great name!
-
Your husband's name is awesome, I love the name Henry! I used it for my kitty since I don't have kids yet, haha.

Though also, you might have met some not so smart people, LOL. I mean, Kay and Leigh are pretty normal names that are easy to pronounce, so saying them together shouldn't be that hard! It's "KAY-lee", first syllable rhymes with "day", right? I think some people just don't think very hard.
-
Yeah, it's annoying. Thankfully my first and middle names are super easy for everyone to pronounce/spell, but my last name is Czech and isn't pronounced phonetically at all (it has a silent "o" and an "a" that's pronounced like an "e", LOL) so of course no one knows how to say or spell it and even though I don't blame them…

 Perhaps I'll use the phrase next time and see what sort of reaction it gets!

Somehow their clever bon mots just didn't have me swooning. Who would have thought?!
