I literally have my days planned like 2-3 days in advance. so I don't get stuck realizing I have no plan for dinner and no way of getting to the grocery store. I also do this to make sure I am going to get enough protein during the day.

no answer, but I think this is an interesting question. I've always heard that cortisol and stress does that so I was wondering if there was a way to reverse it. everyone says you can't "spot reduce" fat but it seems like your body can spot where it puts it!

I loved JM for getting me back in shape. loved her then I bought Body Revolution. INCREDIBLY TOO EASY for me. What a waste of money. I burned 150 calories in 30 minutes and barely got my heart rate up. thought it was just the level so I skipped 2 weeks and moved up. Still too easy. I can do better with walking.

you're right. I was more saying that there are 2 workout routines that you rotate. both programs have the same set up. ABA, BAB, etc.

I haven't done either but I am aware of both. NROLFW contains a lot more than just a strength training workout (diet plan and in later stages includes HIIT), thats why I would recommend it. true. but personally most of MY muscle mass came from competitive swimming and when I gained weight the muscle never went away. exactly! lately, I've notice a huge negative opinion of newbies. We were all newbies at once and didn't understand the forums, how to search, exercise calories etc. I don't understand why anyone would be mean to these people when we were in the same position as them at one point.

I do intervals on the elliptical and burn as much (if not more) than the treadmill. It is my non running day workout. 28 min: 5 min warmup, 2 min 10 resistence, 1 min 20 resistence (at the same rate as the 10) x6, 2 min cooldown. you tell me your "grandma" can do that??????
