It takes a while for your body to adjust to a higher calorie diet. PLUS, there is a big difference between eating 1600 and 2300 calories. We're only suggesting you bump it up an extra 400 a day or so...

Thanks for the replies, stress from school and dealing with the stress is making me feel like I'm just not good at life. I wish so bad that I didn't have these feelings. personally the strength was the easy part, I could do that all day. the cardio killed me and my shins everytime. My calves get sooooo sore from jumping like that.

Weight does not equal waist size. I know people that weigh less than me that are bigger than me. Only thing that might calculate waist size would be body fat percentage. I have two whole eggs everyday. Kind of high in fat but it balances out over the day. You need some fat in your diet!

Psh it is muscle mass. I'm 5'4" and weigh 135 pounds but I am only about 20% body fat and wear about a size 2. My weight sounds high for my size and I REPEATEDLY get told I look like I weigh 105-115. Everyone has different body structures and body fat percentage is a better indicator of body mass :smile:
