I heard that every time you move, tiny particles of skin would shed, but didn't know that your skin grows. I thought once you used up all the layers of skin you have, that was it. I tried not to move around unnecessarily because I didn't want my skeleton to show.

My son thought all of our light fixtures in the house, which are big and spherical with golden knobs in the middle, were big boobies.

One of my motivations is also to lose weight for more babies :) Anyway, I think this past Sunday is what kept you from losing this week. You were over a thousand over that day but those BBQ wings may have been more calorie dense than you found on MFP.

If you get a scale and use it accurately you will get a really good insight into how you are fueling your body. You open your diary somewhere in the privacy settings. I'm on my phone so idk exactly at the moment.

I eat sweets every day. Normally I save a hundred or so calories for before bed and have a pudding cup or something low cal but sweet. What's wrong with that? I figure it helps me get closer to my calcium requirement :)

With all due respect, it has nothing to do with your boyfriend. Sure, you can blame your actions on someone else, or just go to the gym and woman up. Who cares if he goes? Maybe watching you get into good shape without him will motivate him to do the same.

Mine is open and I am looking for other ladies with open diaries to add! I like mine open for accountability. It helps! I won't eat 5 cupcakes BC (other than the likely illness) I wouldn't want my friends on here to get on me about it. I don't eat great but it is much better than in the past!

I'm vegetarian and if I don't get enough protein I feel weak and woozy. You can't just eat fruit, veggies, and drink cranberry juice. Eat well and in a way you can sustain.

Idk if it bothers your bf but it would bother me and my husband. I love that mine is the "big strong man" and if he wasn't stronger than me I would lock him in the gym and not let him out until that changed.

You burn up to 500 nursing exclusively, so if your baby is exclusively nursing then yes add 500 calories burned and eat that amount back.
