Protein Powder
Should I be using protein powder? I'm vegetarian but I drink milk so whey protein is fine is necessary. Is it just for body builders or anyone looking to increase her protein intake? I get about 55-70 grams per day right now and that is a struggle just to get that amount.

No-Sal
Since tracking my foods, I have noticed that I am very low on potassium and low on sodium. I found this stuff called no-Sal that has a ton of potassium in it. Has anyone heard of or used that before? I read somewhere that you shouldn't use potassium supplements unless directed by a doctor. Any thoughts?

Post-Op Calorie Requirements
I'm having surgery soon that entails a six-week recovery time when I won't be very active. Do I need to decrease my calories to 1200 at that time and then increase it after I've recovered?
