Guess the calories!

I need help! I went out to eat and ordered what I thought was the best option at this restaurant, but I have absolutely no idea how to figure out how many calories I had. I ordered:

Quinoa Salad:
Spinach, red bell peppers, scallions, roasted broccoli and
cherry tomatoes tossed in an herb vinaigrette dressing
over a bed of mixed greens.

Any idea???

Id say at most 300 calories. Salads without cheese arent typically fattening unless you drench them in fat dressings. Not familiar with the calore count of quinoa so i could be off

Probably not bad how much Quinoa was in it? A half cup? A cup? That's where most of the calories will come from.

Does the restaurant have a website with the nutritional value s on it? Also, you don't mention how big the salad was. I have seen dinner salads from about 1 cup to 4 CEP's approx.

I am going to say overestimate and go with 400 cals unless it was HUGE - 1 cup of cooked quinoa is about 222 calories according to the data base. Not sure if it's really accurate as I don't really eat quinoa. Guessing it's like rice and expands quite a bit because a cup of dry quinoa is over 600 calories.

you might as well make up a number off the top of your head and enter that...it'll be just as accurate as any other guess...
did the restaurant add any hidden calories or fats? did they add oils or butter to the vegetables? how big was the serving size?
