I still take a few breaks but now they are less and less. Well today is day 5 for me and I am planning on doing the 10/10/10 and possibly re-starting it once the 30 days are over to see if I can get through the whole thing without any breaks :D

I do not have a hrm, but I would think that would be more accurate since it is measuring your heart rate as you are working out. I agree with many of the posts, I had a complete off week where I didn't do anything at all but kind of watch my calories and that week I lost 2lbs.
