I use a freaking fanny pack, yes that works the best and my keys and phone stay secure without me having to worry. They are cheap too, so just a suggestion.

This has happened to me too. I have 11 pounds left to my goal and the scale messes with me by going up a few pounds instead of down. I have noticed more of a difference in my clothes so I am staying positive :D Keep going, you look great!

Totally this, and it is usually overweight people too. I am also always cold, and I do not like having my veins on my hands show :grumble: I am very happy with my overall look though :bigsmile:

My first thought was that he must be feeling intimidated. Maybe he is one of those that is worried that people are going to think "she is with him?" I would suggest asking him to join you in your workouts :D

I use my body media band all day long. When I am going to do hard workouts I also put my heart rate monitor on to compare. I will usually log the calories my HRM says I burned during those work outs to mfp and then my arm band balances it out. I have noticed that once I added them on mfp, the arm band will not add the…

You can certainly do it. I have 5 months left until I reach 2 years practicing this life style and I am really excited to see where I am on that day. It is a slow process but so rewarding :D Keep going!

When I was 60 lbs heavier I never used to eat breakfast. I have been eating breakfast every day for the past year and a half and I am down 60 lbs. I have to respectfully disagree as well.

Sometimes I feel like that too. I am at 58.8 lbs but I have to remember that it took me a while to put the pounds on, and I have been on the fitness route for only a year and a half. Try not to get too discouraged, maybe is it just one of those days.
