  • Question here... I tracked a hike with the fitbit app on the phone. It has created a record of that workout, now how can I log that on MFP? I know the calories pass over, but I want it to show in my status. Will calories double if I do this?
  • Question how do you turn it off? Go to dashboard, settings. It will ask if you want HR auto, on or off. I chose auto and it is on all the time. Turn it off. On your app, tap the Charge HR (top one), look for heart rate tracking. You can change here too.
