  • It's a good idea to stick to the amount they give you, but go over a little if you're hungry. Maybe try foods that are more substantial with protein, fiber, wholegrain etc. Also things like green vegetables are real fill up foods. Maybe that's why you're still hungry because you're eating less substantial foods?
