1 box cake mix, 1 cup water, 1 cup plain greek yogurt I make use cool whip and a tiny drizzle of chocolate syrup for frosting....really yummy can't tell it has yogurt in it either

I started by controlling my calories. I ate alot of veggies as snacks when I got hungry in between meals and I ate (still do) a lot of chicken for dinner. LMAO! I do this too! I was at the gym one day and I was exhausted and I just wanted to quit and go home even though it had only been about 20 minutes so I figured a new tv channel might help, turned the channel and the first thing I hear is..."I wanna quit the gym!" laughed my way through the next 40 minutes :laugh:

I am on day 9 of cycle 1 and I am feeling very discouraged. I have only lost 1 lb. I have stuck to the foods listed, I only cheated once and it was a very small bowl of sugar free pudding. I haven't been drinking the green tea like i it says but I have been drinking way more water than recommended. Any tips or tricks?
