Welcome to MFP. I hope it helps you on your weightloss journey. It can be tough at times, but stick with it. :o)

This is an amazing transformation. :o) Good job, you look fab.

I always thought losing weight the conventional way was a no-no for PCOS sufferers. My personal trainer squashed these ideas. He told me it may be slightly slower than everyone else, but if you kept at it, it would come off. I congratulate anybody who is prepared to make a difference to their bodies, whether they have PCOS…

My diary is public for all to see. I do not lie in my diary, I think this in itself is a major success, as I am no longer kidding myself about what I have eaten. I am accountable for everything that passes my lips, and the fact that I've got to write it down, really helps me make the right food choices in everyday life.

Amazing job.

Unbelievable! You'd think it was two different people. Massive *high five*. :o)

Bump :o)

My trainer allows me 1 day a week, if I choose, to go 1000 calories over. Because I stay away from bread & chocolate all the other days, I normally allow myself one or the other on my "dirty block" day. Today I went all out and had both. :o) I would still log everything, it holds you accountable for your choices, and will…

You can add me to the PCOS list. Diagnosed back in 2003. Tried Metformin, but it didn't agree with me. Had lazor treatment for hair removal, as it was really getting me down, best thing I ever did. Now it's time for the weight to go, I know it will take a bit longer than the average person, but I will get there. Feel free…

Amazing job. Keep up the good work. And a big *high five* for the 3 mins, I would definitely struggle to do 3 mins.

I used to suffer every night, I always found eating an apple helped. Something to do with the juice of the apple neutralizing your stomachs acid.

I no longer have the cravings that I used to have. I don't allow myself bread more than once a week, as I know this is a trigger food of mine! (It literally sends me on a feeding frenzy) I THINK when your body is getting what it needs, a healthy balanced diet, the cravings become minimal.

Uugh, I have terrible back fat. Unfortunately you can't pick & choose where the weight comes off of. We've just got to keep losing weight.

I love cauliflower, so I'm definitely going to give this a try. Thanks. :o)

I'm surprised the lazor didn't work! The lazor treatment I had was a Polaris Lazor (there are several types). I paid £90 for first three sessions, then £60 after that, took about 6 sessions. It has made a massive difference to my confidence, all under my chin (on my double chin) was THICK black coarse hair, it was…

I too have PCOS, diagnosed back in 2003. I have taken metformin in the past, but suffered terrible sickness bouts and stopped taking it. Was also put on Dianette for some symptoms, but after a year found it hadnt helped, I no longer take it. I also sufferred with the excess hair symptom (joy!), I have since had lazor…
