I got gastroenteritis after eating a Mcdonalds (not sure if it was from the Mcdonalds but it was directly after) and once you have vomited up a quarter pounder with cheese you wont want to eat one ever again. Blegh

This has been driving me crazy too and Dan you are pretty amazing, would you do the same for me too? I'm 5'5 stuck at 163 for months and on my scales it says im about 34% body fat :(

I'm in! I started this month at 160 lbs, by the end of the month I would like to be 154 lbs :) I aim to go to the gym 4 times a week - I'm training for my first 10k in July. My aim is to be able to run 3k without walking and do it in under 20 mins (clocking 24.30 at the minute)
