It's not too much if you can maintain it...my motto has always been to not start anything that can't be maintained. That would be too much to fit in my schedule. I work out 4-6 times a week, but it's only 45 mins to an 1hr. Hr+ on saturdays when I am training for a race.

Un-peel the bananas first!!! It's the messiest thing ever to peel a frozen banana. I also like overripe bananas in my oatmeal. I also eat overripe bananas.

Are your outside or inside? What is keeping you from going beyond 20 mins? Physical pain or mental pain? Are you doing any progressive plan like c25k or just winging it? -- I've been running for about 4-5 yrs and it's still a mental struggle. I just started running outside after running on the TM all summer and I am having…

I'd do low-med impact.

Get into the habit of asking for everything on the side and adding back about half of what is giving with the salad. I normally eat all of the protein on a salad, but never all of the toppings. It's always way high in cals.

I think the dress is cute and I bet it would be a ton cuter without the shrug. The shrug gives it a weird shape.

I suggest getting some videos. It's the easiest way to get a routine without hurting yourself. There are plenty of 20-40 min videos out there. I have a ton of Jillian Michael's videos.

I disagree with the losing slowly thing. That is an urban legend. I lost my 100 pds over a 5 yr period and I have plenty of skin. Also, exercise/crunches whatever is also an urban legend. Yes, it will help give you muscle, but that muscle is typically not big enough to fill in the skin. Just lose weight healthily and hope…

It depends on your skin elasticity. Basically genetics. I started at 268, I'm now 176 and I have skin on my stomach, thighs and arms. Well, HAD skin on my arms...I recently had a bracio/arm lift. I'm thinking about a tummy tuck. I work out 5 days a week. Nothing will make the skin go back but time and genetics. Just don't…

Find a running store in your area, and get fitted! It will be a bit more running, but you will be thankful. We all have a different gait, foot strike, foot shape, etc. An experienced running person can help find the perfect shoe. And I am not talking about going to ****'s, academy or similar. I'm talking about a fleet…

If you are working out daily, you aren't maximizing your potential and not doing yourself any favors. I have two days off and cherish those days.

I just recently had plastic surgery (in the states), but in my research, I came across a doctor in monterray--dr. Sauceda. He seems to have very good reviews. His pricing isn't that much cheaper than in the states, though. I also fear the violence in Mexico.
