At that weight before running I was a size 12 pants/small top (I have a tiny upper body and larger lower half). Aftter running, at that weight, I'm a size 10 bottom and s/m top.

I'd do one more long run this weekend...do 10-11 miles. Then next weekend taper (5-7 miles). Then the half marathon. Good luck! I'm doing my second half next weekend.

There are a ton of ice creams that are reasonable and can fit into a plan. I just had 2/3rds CP of ice cream for less than 200 cals. It's sort of important to learn how to encorporate these indulgences while losing vs trying to stave yourself of all the good stuff until goal.

I did yoga to videos for several months before trying a class. The instructor raved about how great my form was... I suggest doing Gaiam yoga at home. They are great at giving thorough instruction.

I think it's pretty cool and cutting edge of him. Being obese doesn't have to have negative unhealthy effects on the body. However, I bet he gets a lot of business once he has been there, done that. No different than any other study, imo.

Discipline and the commitment I made to myself to work out. I go to spin on tues and thurs at 5:30am, I hate it. But it's done by 6:30. I do other stuff on Monday and friday--Friday I'm up at 5, and mondays are at 6:30. Evening exercise is too unpredictable. Morning exercise gives me limited times to come up with excuses.

I do the curly girl method. No/low shampooing, conditioner washing. No silicones, no sulfates. I use a gel for hold. My curls are awesome. You may want to go to a deva-trained cutter to get a cute cut, then think about products. The cut is what makes curly hair, imo. Good luck! And hooray for being a survivor!!!
