Pumpkin pie protein oatmeal

Old Wessex Ltd. - 100% Whole Grain Scottish-Style Porridege Oats, 1/2 cup
Almond Breeze - Almond Milk Vanilla Unsweetend 1/2 cup
Gnc - 100% Gold Standard Whey Protein Vanilla , 1 scoop
Pumpkin, Cooked, From Fresh, 1/2 cup
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 teaspoon pumpkin pie seasoning

Mix and microwave for 2.5 minutes. Makes a huge bowl, could be split into two portions depending on how hungry you are. Awesome post-workout meal.

    you rock my face off.... thanks.... i don't know what scottish oats are, but i have old-fashioned rolled oats. after eating the scottish ones, d'ye have an accent for a wee bit?

    I heard that some protein powders lose potency when heated, can that one be heated?

    Hmm...no idea. I've never heard of that, but it's something to consider. It would be fine, I think, to add the powder in after cooking, to avoid the problem.
