I worked out every day last week....and gained a pound at this morning's weigh-in. Very discouraging, but I will keep working it!

I love Zumba, but the Zumba Toning workout was very disappointing. The "Zumba sticks" are never going to develop muscle or strength! I still like Zumba for cardio, but I use other workouts for strength training.

I love any of the workouts by Kendall Hogan. He has some cardio and some interval workouts on there. There's a 30 minute boot camp workout of his that is great!

Oh, can you please let me know what you think of Turbo Fire? I've been dying to try that workout set. I have it in my Watch list on eBay!

I am adopting a "just do it" attitude this week. I can't wait for motivation to fall out of the sky and land in my lap :laugh: . The longer I am inactive, the harder it will be to break out of it. So I am going to force myself through the motions this week (working out, food diary, drinking water) until it feels natural…

I like that one! Maybe we could switch it up each week, or increase the minutes of exercise each week to make it progressively harder and more challenging. Or maybe buddy up and compete in some manner!

Are the DVDs burned from a computer? They may not play on a regular DVD player (with a TV) but may play on a computer's DVD player. I have a Zumba set that will only play on my computer!

Kickboxing workouts are my favorite! I love Tae Bo but think Turbo Jam is much better for a beginner. Billy Blanks like to go off on a crazy, haywire pace sometimes. Turbo Jam is challenging but a lot of fun. I found my Turbo Jam workout set on eBay for really cheap. It's crazy expensive on Beach Body's regular website.…
