Everything your body needs except calories. Everyone needs energy, and energy is calories full stop. Shakes are fine when taken as part of a balanced diet which includes enough calories to fuel your body. Do you have to cheat? Why not just a little of what you like - that way you can build it in to a healthy all round eating plan and you are less likely to crave lots of what you can't have.

This is a bit of a throw away comment, but remember, she will have been paid an awful lot of money to have her name on a product. Sometimes money can cloud ones judgement... I'll be open and honest, I am not a fan of popping pills and don't believe there is any substitute to healthy eating and more exercise. Its early days…

Its simple, each goal should be: Specific - "I want to lose 28 pounds", not "I want to lose weight" Measurable - Weight is easy in this respect, if you can measure your weight, you can meet this requirement Attainable - Is 28 pounds more attainable for you than 41?
