outside is easier for me...the scenery changes and I dont focus as much on the time...HOWEVER I have fallen twice already...booo! I use the treadmill only in the winter months...or if it is dark before I can get a run in :bigsmile:

Well from point of view...I typically go to the gym right after work. I work in the corporate world, and have to look nice daily, so I go to the gym with my hair and make-up done. Now as soon as i get there you better beleive my hair is thrown into a pony tail, and I am ready to work. On weekends, I NEVER go with make-up…

Thank you! You know I have not colored it in YEARS and I get it trimmed every 6 weeks! Keeps it super healthy...Then to curl it I use a 1 inch barrel and hand curl all of it "back". Takes forever!! :o)
