I just posted exactly the same thing. Lose 7 lbs First week then Nothing for Three. I eat 1200-1300 kcal a day. Really don't know What is happening. But I am Pretty sure if i keep This up for 6 months then mathematically i have To have Lost a significant amount of weight. Right...? :( i really hope so...

I feel ya. I've been on This diet plan a month soon. The First week i Lost about 7 lbs, after that - Nothing!!! I'm just about To give up ( i wont though :)... im eating 1200 calories, have cheated 3 times. And i exercise a couple Times a week. sooooo frustrating!!!

1. Accepting slow progress, as someone else mentioned 2. I travel a lot and it's hard to stick to a diet when I can't prepare my foods 3. Eating to ease stress, it's almost like binge eating sometimes.
