  • What brand of protein powder are you all suggesting? I've tried one in the past and it was AWFUL! Any recommendations? I'd like to try protien shakes.
  • Another good tip is to cut up all your vegetables on the weekend or whatever day you have the most time. Then you can premake salads or meals before the week starts and then you have a lot of healthy grab and go meals/snacks.
