I preplan my dinners for the week, then shop accordingly. I usually then know about what I have for breakfast and lunch and try to eat within what's left. I usually log as I eat.

Ran my first 5K this morning, with minimal training. My goal was to finish in 45 minutes, and I finished in 43. I enjoyed it, and am hoping to start training more to start dropping more time and hopefully as I drop more weight, it will get easier!
