Monday Check In Below calorie goal 72 oz water 30 minutes aerobics I was off today so I did a lot of prepping for the week and was able to get a workout in. Tomorrow and Wednesday are my busiest days this week. Hopefully I keep this momentum going. :neutral:

@phoebe112476 I notice the days I drink a lot of water I do less snacking and drink less coffee. I don’t crave sodas or sweet tea like I use to. I only have one occasionally and after a few sips it’s way too sweet.

Sunday Check In: Under calorie goal 65 oz water 3544 steps My husband tried making homemade vegetable egg rolls to go with dinner but it was a fail. Luckily we had leftover steamed veggies from yesterday. Probably a better choice anyways.
