Right now I just have a plain cheap bathroom scale from Walmart. I'd like to get something more accurate to track my weight. Especially for the weeks when it seems like the scale isn't moving despite my efforts. The first 2 days were the hardest, but every day has been easier since then. I need to loose 100 pounds to get back to my lowest adult weight. I have a long way to that goal, but I'm pleased that I've already lost 5 pounds the first week! :smile: :heart:
