  • one time, at band camp........ haha seriously though in hs away at band camp we ate amish cooking 3 times a day, and drank LOTS of water and marched/ran/exercised from 7:30am-10pm for 5 days and I lost 30 pounds.... and now for the life of me i cant lose weight :(
  • I dont mean to make matters worse here... but ive always believed that its better to watch amounts than to completely cut things out because you will make yourself fall even harder
  • I would say you are definitely not in the sedentary category. As far as the calories, I'm actually a little bit of the opposite of you. Since I started eating healthier i find it difficult to meet the recommended calorie intake but i find that when my diet is higher in protein i have more energy to get through my workouts.…
